The Villas of Wayne Trail is a 55 and older community with 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. Just nestled in the back behind our Chelsea Village Apartments. We have a brand new community center where the residents play cards, bingo, and have movie night plus other activities.

Our Chelsea Village Apartments are 2 & 3 bedrooms, multi-family living with a county like setting. We have a few different layouts, flats and townhouses with patios.
